The short version

  • You own what you make: your brief, your uploads and your finished reels.
  • The free trial is one project with a fixed number of AI runs and edits, and one render.
  • AI can get things wrong. Check every claim in a reel before you publish it.
  • Only upload logos, images and music you have the right to use.
  • Don't use the studio for anything illegal, deceptive or infringing.
  • You can delete your account and everything in it at any time from Settings.

Who we are and these terms

Noevvo Studio at studio.noevvo.com is run by Noevvo ("we", "us"). It turns a description of your product into short product videos ("reels").

By creating an account or using the studio you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you use the studio for a company, you confirm you may accept these terms for it.

Your account

  • You must be at least 18, or the age of majority where you live.
  • Give a real email address and keep your password to yourself. You are responsible for what happens in your account.
  • One person, one account. Creating extra accounts to get more free trials isn't allowed.
  • Tell us at info@noevvo.com if you think someone else has used your account.

The free trial

The free trial includes one project in one format (4 reels of 15 seconds, 2 of 30 seconds, or 1 of 60 seconds), a fixed number of AI generations and AI edits (your studio shows what's left), unlimited manual edits and previews, and one render of the project.

When you render, the trial project is locked: you can still download and share it, but not change or re-render it. Deleting the project doesn't restart the trial.

When trials are full, new visitors can join a waitlist. We open trials in the order and pace we choose. We may change or end the free trial at any time.

Paid plans and credits

Paid plans give a monthly allowance of reel credits; a reel costs credits when it is written (15 s: 1, 30 s: 2, 60 s: 4). Prices and what each plan includes are shown before you pay.

  • Plans renew every month until you cancel, which you can do at any time in the billing portal. Cancelling stops future renewals; it doesn't refund the current month.
  • Top-ups add credits once. Unused monthly credits don't carry over unless your plan says so.
  • Credits already used are not refundable, except where the law gives you a right to a refund.
  • Payments are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
  • Agency plans are agreed with us directly and may have their own terms.

Your content and who owns it

You keep all rights to what you bring (briefs, brand names, logos, images, music you upload) and to the reels the studio makes for you. You may use your reels for any lawful purpose, including advertising.

You give us the permission we need to run the service: to store, process and display your content to you, to send it to the AI providers that write your reels, and to render and host your videos and share links. We don't use your content for anything else, and we don't sell it.

You confirm you have the rights to everything you upload, and that your content doesn't break the law or anyone else's rights.

AI-generated content

The studio uses AI (Anthropic's Claude) to research, write and edit reels. AI can make mistakes: it can misread your brief, get a fact or a number wrong, or write something that isn't right for your audience.

  • Review every reel, including statistics and their sources, before you publish it.
  • You are responsible for what you publish, including claims in ads and the rules of your industry (for example health, finance or legal claims) and of the platforms you post on.
  • Similar briefs can lead to similar reels for other customers. We don't promise that a reel is unique.

Music, fonts and other materials

The music library in the studio is licensed for use inside the reels you make (it comes from Pixabay under the Pixabay Content License). You may publish reels that contain it, but you may not take the tracks out and use or sell them on their own.

If you upload your own music, you must have the right to use it in your videos.

Acceptable use

Don't use the studio to make or share content that:

  • is illegal, or infringes copyright, trademarks or other rights
  • deceives people: false claims about products, fake reviews or endorsements, or impersonating a person, brand or organisation
  • is hateful, harassing, violent, sexually explicit, or exploits children
  • spreads dangerous misinformation, or promotes self-harm, weapons or illegal drugs

And don't misuse the service itself: no attempts to break its security, scrape it, overload it, get around trial limits, resell access without our agreement, or use it to build a competing product.

Share links

A share link lets anyone who has it watch that reel, without an account, until the link expires or you turn it off. Links are long and random so they can't be guessed, but treat them like the video itself: only send them to people you want to see it.

Availability and changes

We work to keep the studio running, but it is provided as it is and may sometimes be unavailable. We may change, add or remove features. If we change these terms in a way that matters, we'll tell you by email or in the studio before the change applies; continuing to use the studio after that means you accept the new terms.

Suspension and closing your account

You can delete your account at any time in Settings. It removes your projects, files and share links.

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, puts others at risk, or is used for fraud. Where we reasonably can, we'll tell you why first.

Disclaimers and liability

To the extent the law allows, the studio comes without warranties of any kind, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, or lost data. Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the greater of what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim and USD 50.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law, or your rights as a consumer.

If your content or your use of the studio breaks these terms or the law and someone brings a claim against us because of it, you agree to cover our reasonable costs of that claim.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the place where we are established. Disputes go to the courts there, unless the law where you live gives you the right to bring them locally.
